Is the $15 price per client?
No. $15 is a flat monthly fee for unlimited active clients. Whether you coach 10 or 100, the bill stays at $15. The free tier supports one client at $0. The Founder's Plan is a $99 one-time payment for lifetime access.
How does Coach Sheet compare to Trainerize at scale?
A coach with 50 clients pays Trainerize roughly $90/month on the Studio tier, against Coach Sheet's flat $15. That's about $900/year saved at 50 clients, around $1,980/year saved at 100 (vs Trainerize's $180 tier). Numbers are rough. Trainerize repackages plans frequently, so verify on their site.
What happens if I cancel?
Your client files stay in your Google Drive forever. They were always there. Coach Sheet adds menus, automations, and a client-facing PWA on top of that data. Cancelling removes the menus and the PWA link. Your sheets remain editable in regular Google Sheets, with all formulas intact.
Do you charge clients?
No. Clients access their workout view via a unique URL token. They don't need a Google account, an app store install, or a payment method. Their bill is your bill, and it caps at $15.
Why a $99 Founder's Plan if you're not launched yet?
Pre-sale validation. We use it to verify the pain is real and people will pay before we sink three months into building. If you back at the Founder tier, you keep lifetime access regardless of any future pricing. If we never ship, you get a refund.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
We will offer one at launch, likely two months free, so $150/year against $180 if billed monthly. Founder's Plan beats that, though.
Do you have a free tier forever?
Yes. One active client, all features. We use it as a low-risk demo so trainers can verify the workflow with one real client before paying.
